If you want to lose weight or simply be in a better shape, one of the best options for you is to swim.
What is good about this sport is that most of us simply enjoy swimming, because it is not one of those sports where you get all sweaty and exhausted. Swimming will help you in so many ways because it activates every muscle in your body.
Maybe you didn’t know but swimming improves lung capacity, because when we swim we use both our legs and arms which is a great exercise for our lungs.
If you have a problem with your heart, you should definitely do this sport, because it strengthens your heart, improves the circulations and your heart pumps blood much faster.
On the other hand, if you are healthy, but you have a problem with your weight, this is the perfect exercise for you, especially if you are not too active, but you still want to shape your body.
Most people don’t want to start exercising because they think it will cause them a lot of pain, but when it comes to swimming you don’t have to worry about that, because this type of exercise is pretty much harmless.

If you are a beginner, thirty minutes a day will be just fine, but if you are already experienced then you should do more.
